DescriptionThe core responsibilities will be:
- Support the Operations management team overall
- Following up on customer needs such as special services and assist with event coordination from the administrative side, not the technical side
- Assist with tracking service availability for all customers on a regular scheduled basis
- Organizing and distributing trouble reports
- Coordinating conference calls/meetings when necessary
- Assisting with billing to the customers / from vendors
RequirementsCandidate must have good computer and communications skills and be very detailed oriented.
This position supports the Media Operations and Video Service department within the organization.
Salary commensurate with experience.
